Her specialization also includes elder law, special needs planning, Medicaid, long-term care asset protection and high net worth estate tax planning.
Danielle is an Executive Committee member of the New York State Bar Association's Elder Law and Special Needs Section and an active member of the Trusts and Estate Section of the New York State Bar Association and Richmond County Bar Association. She has also recently earned the recognition of being certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.
